Meet Our Team
Hello, my name is Dorelle Caszo, and I am the Centre Manager at Aussie Kindies Cranbourne. With over 13 years of experience in the industry, I began my career as an Educator and have since progressed through roles such as Room Leader, Educational Leader, and Assistant Director. My extensive background in education includes serving as a high school teacher both locally and internationally.
I am passionate about childcare and dedicated to sharing my knowledge and skills with my team. I believe that the quality of education a child receives in their early years is crucial for unlocking their potential, and that every child deserves access to quality learning and care. These principles are embodied in the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), which I fully support.

Nurturing Growth from 0–5 Years
At Aussie Kindies, we offer more than just childcare - we provide quality early education in a warm, welcoming environment for children aged 0–5 years. Babies (0-1 years)
Healthy Beginnings Program

Toddlers (1-3 years)
Early Experiences Program

Preschool or Kindergarten (3-5 years)
School Readiness Program
